“Ukrposhta” has prepared new stamps “Zbroya Pobedy” and is playing the legendary stamp “Russian warship, go…!”

On December 6, Ukraine celebrates a holiday – the Day of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. To express its respect and support for the military, which protects us from the Russian invasion, “Ukrposhta” announced the release of new postage stamps – “Weapons of Victory”. This is a charity issue, and part of the collected funds will be directed to help the Armed Forces.

The stamp sheet “Weapons of Victory” consists of 6 postage stamps with samples of military domestic and foreign weapons: “Alder”, “Neptune”, “Stugna-P”, “Bayractor TV2”, FGM-149 “Javelin”, “M142 Hymars”. In addition to the stamp, a First Day envelope, an unmarked envelope and a postcard will be issued. The authors of the issue are graphic artists Serhii and Oleksandr Haruki.

The circulation of the “Weapons of Victory” stamp sheet is 200,000 copies. The price of a stamped letter is 90 UAH, of which 18 UAH. – charitable contribution. The face value of each U stamp (UAH 12) corresponds to the tariff for sending a non-priority simple letter weighing up to 50 g within Ukraine.

You can buy the postal edition of “Weapons of Victory” from December 6 in city branches of “Ukrposhta” throughout the country, as well as in the company’s official online store. In addition, the new stamps will be sold on Prom, Kasta, Rozetka, eBay and Amazon marketplaces. There will be restrictions on the sale of “First Day” envelopes in branches – no more than 2 per order. You can order up to 50 vintage sheets, 50 artistic envelopes and 50 postcards online.
