This is not the first time they have voiced such an idea.
In the Public Chamber of the Saratov region, it was proposed to drop stray dogs at the positions of the Ukrainian army.
Such a statement was made by the head of the Public Chamber of the region, Boris Shinchuk, commenting on the explosions at Russian airports on Monday, December 5. He noted that first it is necessary to “repair the planes”.
“And in addition to missiles, send stray dogs to Ukraine. We need to throw stray dogs into the position of Ukrainian nationalists! First of all, dogs do not like strangers, secondly, we will solve the issue with stray dogs, thirdly, we will satisfy the claims of animal rights activists – not to kill animals, fourthly, stray dogs and missiles in Russia are enough for Ukraine, he wrote in his Telegram channel.
Viktor Makarov, a deputy from the Oryol region, made a similar proposal earlier. He suggested raising homeless dogs “to blow up tanks.”
Explosions at Russian airfields
As reported, on December 5, explosions rang out at the Russian Engels airfield in the Saratov region. Also at night, explosions were heard at the airfield in the Ryazan region.
It is known that strategic bombers Tu-95MS, Tu-160, Tu-22M3, which are used for mass shelling of Ukraine, are based on these airfields.
Later, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation stated that the explosions occurred as a result of the alleged launch of “Soviet-made unmanned aerial vehicles” by Ukraine.
And on the night of December 6, an unknown drone attacked the airfield in Kursk, where an oil storage tank caught fire.
The Office of the President of Ukraine noted that the Russian authorities should know that “if something is launched very often into the airspace of other states, then unknown flying objects will someday return to the places of departure.”
