The Russian invaders plan to increase the number of investigative committee workers in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine by 44,000 people.

The Center of National Resistance reported that it is actually about the legitimization and organization of a repressive machine in the captured territories of Ukraine.

“Previously, the Russians announced the creation of so-called courts that will pass judgments on Ukrainians in the temporarily occupied territories. In fact, it is planned to create a full cycle of repression that will investigate cases and pass legally void sentences, and the subsequent conclusion of Ukrainians on the territory of the Russian Federation,” the Central Committee of the Russian Federation said in a statement.

It is noted that the occupiers explained the corresponding expansion by “capturing new territories”.

The private military company “Wagner” began recruiting prisoners in the occupied territories and agitating them to fight against Ukraine. Gauleiter granted permission for “recruiting” of inmates of Ukrainian prisons in the temporarily occupied territories.

On November 30, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that in the temporarily occupied Horlivka, Donetsk region, one of the civilian hospitals was repurposed into a military hospital, where civilian access is completely restricted. Only medical personnel are allowed to visit patients.

Earlier, it also became known that Russia is preparing a bill on the legalization of conscription of Ukrainian citizens in the occupied territories from the spring of 2023.
