Investigators call him the main suspect in the crime in Novomykhailivka.
Volunteers of the “OSINT Bees” monitoring project have identified a Russian man who is probably involved in the killing of civilians in Novomykhailivka (Berdyansky District, Zaporizhzhia Region).
As the investigator Irakli Komakhidze said, on November 23, Russian military abducted two citizens – Serhiy Golubenko (40 years old) and Mykola Khomnikov (32 years old) from a house on Merzlyak Street in Novomykhailivka. Then the occupiers took them to a forest strip. There they shot Ukrainians and left their bodies.
The investigators call Batraz Volodymyrovych Slanov the main suspect in the crime. He is a contract soldier of the 503rd regiment of the 19th motorized rifle division (based in Vladikavkaz, North Ossetia), a fire support driver.
“OSINT-Bees” established that in 2017, Slanov was sentenced to 6 months in prison for driving a car while intoxicated.
