At the same time, he noted that no representative of the authorities in the region made any calls for the evacuation of residents of Odesa and the region.

Blackout in Odesa – what is known

On the night of Saturday, December 10, the Russians again struck the objects of the energy infrastructure of Odesa region with kamikaze drones. As a result, residents of the city and region were left without electricity. Power engineers have applied schedules of emergency power outages.

The City Hall reported that due to the current situation, public electric transport will not operate in Odesa on December 10.

In the evening, a strange message appeared from the Department of Life Support Systems and Energy Efficiency of Odesa Regional State Administration about the alleged power outage for a period of up to three months, which caused a wave of questions to DPEK.
