This is stated in a message on the Facebook page of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine regarding operational information as of 06:00.
“In the Kherson direction, the command of the Russian occupation forces rotates individual units. The occupiers who arrive in the temporarily captured settlements settle in the premises abandoned and forcibly “vacated” by local residents,” the General Staff said.
In addition, on December 10-11, the withdrawal of occupiers from the districts of the settlements of Novomykolaivka and Mykhailivka of the Kherson region was observed.
Liberation of Kherson
On November 11, the Armed Forces entered Kherson, which was occupied in the first days of the full-scale war of the Russian Federation against Ukraine. Stabilization measures immediately began in the liberated settlements of the region.
On November 21, the Prosecutor General’s Office reported that in Kherson, law enforcement officers discovered premises where people were kept and brutally tortured during the Russian occupation.
Currently, the Russians have intensified filtering measures in parts of the temporarily occupied Kherson region. They check the transport, documents and phones of all citizens at the entrance to Henichesk.
