On the coastline of Nikopol, the mine barriers installed by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, designed to prevent the landing of the Russian landing force, went into action.
As Yevhen Yevtushenko, the head of the Nikopol RDA, reported in Telegram, the locals heard a series of explosions around 9:00 p.m. today.
There are no casualties among the local population. However, Yevtushenko hinted that the Russians may have losses.
“To the question about the number of victims and who exactly got into the minefield, the soldiers answered that the residents of the city were not injured, but the cancer will be satisfied,” Yevtushenko wrote.
According to him, the coastline is under the control of Ukrainian forces.
“Everything is fine, no one is going anywhere,” Yevtushenko hinted.
Explosions in Nikopol
