Former people’s deputy and ex-presidential candidate Oleg Tsarev, who supports the invasion of the Russian Federation, recognized the failure of the Kremlin’s plans to take over Ukraine.

“We are losing Ukraine. We have already lost it,” Tsarev said in a telephone comment to The New York Times.

The scandalous Tsarev also admitted to participating in the invasion, but never knew the final details. In addition, he believes that the Russian army “thought that everything would be easy” and “did not understand” that the Ukrainians would resist.

“The army, generals, soldiers (of the occupiers – ) were not ready,” Tsarev said.

Now Tsarev assured that he would be happy if the war ended on the current front lines, because the Kremlin’s plans failed.
