What Trellix offers
Trellix is an American company that produces solutions for cyber security, it was created in January 2022. Then two companies merged – McAfee Enterprise and FireEye.
Trellix offers an XDR platform for effective infrastructure protection. Customers can leverage security technologies from Trellix and more than 600 technologies available for integration. This gives analysts better situational awareness, greater control and comprehensive threat context, helping to save time and eliminate threats.

They left the Russian market
After the start of the full-scale invasion of Russia, Trellix made a statement to stop selling goods and providing services in Russia. Most of this statement titled Trellix Stands for Peace

Provided free product licenses
In the most difficult days of the invasion of business and government institutions occupied with military issues, there was not enough time and money to update security, although it was necessary.
Trellix helped Ukrainian companies protect themselves from hacker threats – supported both existing customers and new ones. The company offered free licenses for its security suite to repel attacks of any complexity at the endpoint level. The complex includes:
- Antivirus protection of the new generation. It is able to block known and unknown threats using signature and signatureless technologies.
- System for monitoring and responding to complex and targeted attacks (Trellix EDR) at the endpoint level, which uses advanced AI and machine learning to detect sophisticated attacks.
- Trellix Insights. Collects data from more than 1 billion sensors about cyber attacks and attack campaigns on the critical infrastructure of enterprises of various industries in the world and in Ukraine. It helps assess how prepared the infrastructure is for such attacks and provides guidance on how to address security weaknesses to prevent these attacks.

From the speeches of the representatives of the vendor about the latest news and directions of development, we moved on to cyber security in war, and then to a review of equipment and advice in emergency situations. Then they conducted training on providing first aid.
This event was also charitable: participants made donations that went to field periscopes. They have already been purchased and transferred to the A4122 military unit.
