Up to 10 Russian soldiers crossed the state border line of Ukraine in the Sumy region.
In the Sumy region, Ukrainian defenders engaged in a battle with a Russian sabotage and intelligence group. She crossed the border in the morning of December 22.
The Russian DRG was destroyed by the Sumy region’s ground defense, said the head of the Sumy regional military administration, Dmytro Zhivytskyi.
“On December 22, in the morning, up to 10 Russian soldiers crossed the state border line of Ukraine. On the territory of the Krasnopil community near the village of Vysoke, our Teroboronov engaged in battle with the Russian DRG,” he said.
According to Zhivytskyi, after a short battle, two invaders were eliminated, the rest fled to the territory of the Russian Federation. “On our side, there were no losses. We thank our defenders and defenders for the defense,” said the head of the OVA.

In November, the Security Service of Ukraine appointed a general of the Russian special forces, who coordinates the enemy DRN on the eastern front. He turned out to be a major general with the call sign “Wartov”. At the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the attacker was tasked with organizing the activities of subversive groups, which included units of the Russian Air Force and members of the DNR terrorist groups.
