EU aid to Ukraine
The head of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, announced that on December 24, all EU countries agreed to the European Commission’s proposal to send 18 billion euros in macro-financial assistance to Ukraine in 2023.
Money will be allocated regularly to help with the reconstruction of broken objects. It is assumed that this reconstruction will put Ukraine on the path to joining the EU.
