The press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation, Dmytro Peskov, said that Moscow can sign a peace treaty with Ukraine, but as part of these agreements, Kyiv should recognize the lost territories as Russian.

“So far, there is no “peace plan” of Ukraine, let’s start with this. Peskov added that no plan that does not take into account these “realities” created by Russia can claim to be approved.
