Homemade stand for a Christmas tree made of boards

If you bought a Christmas tree 1-1.5 m tall, then such a stand will be an ideal option, as it is only suitable for small trees. In order to make it, you need:

• long boards (60x15x3 cm) – 2 pcs.;
• square boards (15x15x3 cm) – 2 pcs.;
• self-tapping screws;
• screwdriver;
• roulette.

Take long boards, measure a distance of 22.5 cm on each of them and draw a line. Place the boards crosswise to the edge of the collision. Fasten with screws, and attach square parts to the edges of the upper board. In the middle of the long board, drill a hole with a diameter equal to the trunk of the Christmas tree. In order to firmly fix the tree, you can use a long screw.

Stand for a Christmas tree made of wood in the form of a stump

Those people who have a tree log (a small stump) in their household can use it as a Christmas tree stand. It is enough for you to align the stump so that it stands firmly on the floor, and then drill a hole in the middle to the diameter of the tree trunk. You can additionally decorate the stump – sprinkle it with artificial snow, stick on glitter, rhinestones or rain.

A simple stand for a Christmas tree made of plastic pipes

The original option for Ukrainians who have pieces of PVC pipes left after repair. It is quite possible to make a nice stand for a Christmas tree from them, if you show a little ingenuity. Make sure your home has:

• cross for connecting pipes;
• plastic pipe 120 cm;
• plugs without thread – 5 pcs.;
• self-tapping screws;
• screwdriver;
• paints

To begin with, you need to cut the pipe into 4 parts and connect them with a cross. Next, put plugs on the free ends of the pipes, and install another one in the center of the crosspiece with the hole facing up. Do not forget to screw the central cap with screws so that it is firmly held on the pipes. Voila – you can paint the pipes brown (to match the tree) and put a Christmas tree inside the plug.

Wrinkle: if your Christmas tree is too tall, then it is optimal to put another piece of pipe in the plug.

Stand for a small Christmas tree with your own hands from a bottle

Sometimes it happens that plastic water bottles cease to be suitable – a plaque forms on the walls that does not wash off, and a green sediment forms on the bottom of the container. You can no longer pour water into such bottles, but it is easy to make a stand for a Christmas tree out of them. All you need is to simply cut the suli into two parts and then insert the upper one into the lower one. You can make a cylinder from an empty shampoo or shower gel bottle and install it in the neck, and insert the tree trunk there.
