“Due to another attack by the Russian Federation on December 29, 450,000 customers are left without electricity in Odesa and the Odesa region. Energy companies are doing everything necessary to apply voltage, first of all, to critical infrastructure. Energy companies are working together to restore light to household consumers,” the message says.
