The idea was supported by many Americans, and the first Day of Motivation and Inspiration was held in the USA on December 18, 2001. After it, they began to celebrate it all over the world, and January 2 was declared the International Day of Inspiration and Motivation.

How to make a plan for the year and make it work – 7 steps

Today is a good day to make a plan for the year. It is better to compile it in stages.

1. Set goals

Sit down, think and decide what you want. From all this, select the most important thing in each sphere of life.

2. Write down your goals

3. Define the terms

The map of wishes is your dreams, collected in one place according to the laws of feng shui. Literally, this is a set of images and notes on a board or Whatman. The idea of ​​a wish map is that you surround yourself with images of your ideal life: for example, who you want to be, where you want to live, where you want to go, what you want to achieve, etc.

How to make a wish map – 9 sectors

The wish map is divided into 9 thematic sectors: the center is you, and the surrounding areas are the areas of your life. In the center we put your photo or a figure with which you represent yourself. Next, the sectors are placed as follows:

1. Glory be to you

Everything associated with success and prospects is glued here. If you want to become a famous person or a leader, place those desires in this sector.

2. Love and relationships – top right

If you are single, then here we paste photos of happy couples and photos of the man/woman – the partner of your dreams. You cannot use a photo of a real person you like. If you are in a relationship – post joint happy photos.

3. Creativity and children are on your right

If you don’t have children yet, but you want them, then we glue children’s photos. If you already have one, you can place pictures related to creativity here. For example, if you want to learn to play the guitar or draw.

4. Support and travel – bottom right

We stick photos of people who inspire you in this sector. If you want to move to another city or country, or dream of visiting an island – a photo of this place.

5. Career is up to you

Everything related to career and business can be located here. All the heights you want to reach in your work can be visualized.

6. Education – bottom left

This is a zone of new knowledge – put everything you want to learn here. You can place the name of the university where you want to enter, the country, the language of which you want to learn.

7. Home and family are on your left

Here is your home, comfort and pets. You can put pictures with a large family.

8. Money – on the top left

We warn you right away – it is not possible to glue the image of money. But you can put a photo of the desired expensive things, as well as pictures symbolizing a salary increase, a bonus or a lottery win, a photo of the desired apartment or car.
