Mayor Vitaly Klitschko announced this in Telegram. He noted that the man was in intensive care in a serious condition.
Russia’s missile attack on December 31, 2022
On December 31, the Russian army launched several waves of missile attacks on various cities of Ukraine. Russian missiles hit civilian objects in Kyiv, Khmelnytskyi, Mykolaiv and Zaporizhzhia.
