The weather will worsen already in the coming night.

A storm warning was announced in Ukraine for Thursday, January 5. According to the Ukrhydrometeorological center, bad weather will rage throughout the country, and the weather is expected to worsen in the coming night.

Thus, forecasters warn that wind gusts of up to 15-20 m/s are expected at night in the western regions.

Also, according to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, wind gusts of 15-20 m/s are expected throughout Ukraine on January 5. And in the Carpathian highlands – significant wet snow, ice, wind gusts of 20-25 m/s and blizzard.

Due to bad weather, the first level of danger, yellow, was introduced throughout Ukraine.

Tomorrow Ukraine will be covered by a cyclone from Scandinavia. According to forecaster Natalia Didenko, this cyclone named Axel will bring us atmospheric fronts and a significant change in the weather.

In particular, according to her data, on January 5 in Ukraine, precipitation, strengthening of the wind and in some places – cold weather are expected. The coldest will be in the northeast of Ukraine, 0…+4 degrees.
