The Ukrainian studio Mauris published a new trailer for the pirate action Corsairs Legacy – in it, the developers showed new footage of the gameplay, including naval combat and boarding. You can consider in detail the melee of pirates using swords and muskets.
Corsairs Legacy – pirate action in the style of the famous “Corsairs”, created by the Ukrainian studio Mauris based on the Unity game engine. In the center of the plot is the smuggler Jack Rackham, who by the will of fate becomes a pirate. The game was announced in April 2021 and was initially planned for a 2021 release of the land-based RPG mode, followed by phased development (2022 was planned to add naval battles, and 2023 – an open world). At the end of 2021, the release of Corsairs Legacy was pushed back to 2022. If it weren’t for a crazy neighbor, there probably wouldn’t be any more changes in the development schedule. The first Corsairs Legacy game, which is supposed to start a new series, is currently scheduled for release in 2023 (the exact date is still unknown).
This new trailer, by the way, available in 4K 60 fps, shows the actual gameplay in its current state of development. And this is the first time since January 2022 that the developers share news about the project, which cannot help but please.
The developers promise to show more exclusive content at the winter festival of demo versions of games on Steam, which will take place on February 6, 2023. In the meantime, those who wish can add Corsairs Legacy to their own wishlist in Steam, so that it is easier to track all the news and not miss anything interesting.
