One of its points provides for the withdrawal of Russian occupation troops from the territory of our country. This is a guaranteed and reliable way to stop fire, human losses and war in general “, the president said in the traditional evening video address.

He added that as of the morning of the same day, the number of killed Russian soldiers was 82,000.

“On December 12, Russia received a proposal to start the implementation of the Peace Formula with the withdrawal of occupying troops right on Christmas. As of that day, the number of Russian soldiers killed was almost 95 thousand. The leaders of your country probably did not hear both of our proposals… Where they , apparently, deep and inaudible,” Zelensky noted.

He clarified that today Russia has already lost almost 110,000 of its soldiers killed in this war.

“Those who continued the terror against our country and sent all these people of yours to the slaughter, refusing our offers to stop the Russian aggression, certainly do not value life and even more do not seek peace. Now they want to use Christmas as a cover to stop at least for a while the advancement of our guys in Donbas and to bring equipment, ammunition and mobilized closer to our positions. What will this do? Only another increase in the number of casualties,” the head of state believes.

Even when your missiles and drones do not hit our cities, the terror in the occupied territories continues. You do not give the Ukrainians any rest. People are tortured, electrocuted, raped by your soldiers. on our land,” Zelenskyy emphasized.

He added that the war will end when either the Russian soldiers leave or the Ukrainians drive them out.

“So, let them take the toilets – they will need them on the way – and return to their homes. Across our border. Since 1991,” the president added.
