Yesterday, the Defense Forces of Ukraine repelled the attacks of the Russian invaders in the areas of 16 settlements.
In particular, the fighting took place near Stelmakhivka, Makiivka and Bilogorivka in the Luhansk region and Rozdolivka, Soledar, Bakhmut, Zalizny, Pervomaisky, Vodyany and Peremoha in Donetsk, the morning summary of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine says.
The General Staff added that last day the enemy launched 9 missile strikes, 3 air strikes and carried out 40 attacks from rocket salvo systems.
“In order to replenish losses and support the offensive, the enemy is moving personnel, weapons and military equipment and ammunition to the areas of hostilities. Despite the so-called “ceasefire regime” announced by the Russian occupiers, over the past day, the enemy has carried out 9 missile strikes, 3 air strikes and 40 shelling from rocket salvo fire systems,” the message says.
The enemy has struck, including on civilian infrastructure, there are wounded and dead among the civilian population.
The General Staff also noted that the threat of air and missile strikes remains on the entire territory of Ukraine.
