In Ochakiv, Mykolaiv region, more than 200 residential buildings were damaged due to shelling by the enemy yesterday. This was announced by the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Vitaly Kim.
According to him, as of 08:30 on Tuesday, January 10, the enemy is attacking the town of Ochakiv.
“Yesterday, January 9, at 08:54, 09:50, 12:58, 14:08, 17:47 and today at 07:14, the occupiers struck the coastal strip of the Ochakiv community and the town of Ochakiv,” he said.
According to him, as a result of yesterday’s shelling at 14:08, 15 people were injured, including a two-year-old child. Four people were taken to Mykolaiv for treatment. According to preliminary data, windows and roofs of more than 200 residential buildings, administrative buildings, and social infrastructure objects were damaged by the blast wave. In general, windows and roofs of buildings were damaged in most parts of the city.
The explosive wave also damaged roofs and windows in Chornomorska, Kutsurubska and Berezanska communities.
As reported, on January 9, the Russian occupiers shelled the port and city infrastructure of Ochakov, causing the destruction of several administrative buildings, damage to residential buildings and a hospital.
According to the latest data, 15 people were injured as a result of the shelling. Among the injured is a 2-year-old child.
