The judge of the Sixth Appeal Administrative Court, Yaroslav Vasylenko, became embroiled in a scandal after the publication of a journalistic investigation. It turns out that he traveled to the occupied Crimea 25 times and has an undeclared apartment registered there for his Russian wife.

In addition, as stated in the “Scheme” material, the judge’s family has undeclared real estate in Moscow. So far, it has not been possible to get Vasylenko’s comment on such blatant facts.

Journalists calculated that the judge was in Crimea more than 20 times, starting from July 2014 and ending in July 2021. In total, since the beginning of the occupation, Vasylenko spent at least 206 days on the peninsula. That is, with such trips, he actually recognizes Russia’s jurisdiction in Crimea.

“Schemes” also calculated that the judge does not declare the family’s real estate in the occupied Crimea and the Russian Federation. So, the apartments on the shore of the Black Sea in Sevastopol belong to the wife of judge Olena Vasylenko and are registered to her as a citizen of Russia. It is interesting that the judge’s declarations do not mention the wife’s Russian citizenship, although a corresponding column is provided for this.

But that’s not all. The family owns real estate in Moscow, which is registered to the judge’s wife Olena Vasylenko and daughter Yulia Vasylenko. At the same time, they registered the ownership of the apartment according to the passports of the citizens of the Russian Federation.

“Schem” journalists tried to get his comment at one of Vasylenko’s court hearings, but to no avail. There is still no answer to the written request either.

How did people’s deputy Korolevska find real estate near Moscow

Earlier, the journalists found out that People’s Deputy of Ukraine Nataliya Korolevska, elected on the list of prohibited OPZZ, owns a plot of land and a house in the Moscow region, which she has not declared for 16 years.

We will remind you that the scandalous elected official fled from Ukraine on the eve of the full-scale Russian invasion. Since then, she has not appeared at the Council meeting.
