Three flights from Kharkiv have the biggest delays.
Due to the Russian missile attack, three Ukrzaliznytsia flights are delayed for more than an hour and a half, and five more flights are delayed within an hour.
According to the carrier’s press service, the longest delays are for flights No. 45/46 Kharkiv – Uzhhorod (+2 hours 22 minutes); No. 15 Kharkiv – Rakhiv (+1 hour 35 minutes); #93/94 Kharkiv – Khelm (+1 hour 35 minutes). Another 40 trains continue to run on schedule.
It is noted that the situation at the country’s railway stations is under control. All stations have light, including Kharkiv station, where the situation with power supply is the most difficult.
The press service also reminded that Points of Invincibility have been opened at railway stations of Ukraine, and Fortresses of Invincibility are operating at large ones, where you can warm up, charge your gadgets and drink tea.
The Kyiv circular train continues to run according to schedule.

Around 4:00 p.m., the Office of the President of Ukraine reported that Russian invaders had entered an apartment building in Dnipro. An entire section of the building was destroyed.
