In Dnipro, as of 07:25, employees of the State Emergency Service rescued 38 people, six of them children, from the destroyed multi-story building. Under the rubble, 18 people died, including one child, and 73 people were injured, including 14 children.
As reported by the State Emergency Service, the liquidation of three minor foci of smoldering in the rubble is currently underway. “It is planned to rotate personnel. 4 tents of the State Emergency Service and one tent from volunteers (provided food) have been installed. Psychologists of the State Emergency Service have provided assistance to 40 victims,” the message says.

As the head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional military administration Valentyn Reznichenko added, more than 40 wounded are in hospitals, four are seriously injured in intensive care. According to him, the fate of more than 40 people remains unknown.
“Preliminarily, Saturday’s enemy attack on a residential building destroyed 72 apartments, mutilated more than 230… Dismantling of the destroyed structures of the building is underway. Almost 3,500 tons of debris have already been removed,” Reznichenko said.
