According to the summary of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the Facebook social network, the enemy is conducting offensive actions in the Bakhmut and Avdiiv areas.

“The adversary is not abandoning its intentions to seize the entire Donetsk region. It is conducting offensive actions in the Bakhmut and Avdiiv regions and is trying to improve the tactical position in the Kupyan and Lyman areas. It is defending itself in the Novopavliv region, Zaporizhia and Kherson areas,” the summary says.

The threat of enemy air and missile strikes on critical infrastructure remains throughout Ukraine.

In addition, no offensive groups of the enemy were detected in the Volyn, Poliske, Siversk and Slobozhansk directions.

As noted in the General Staff, certain units of the armed forces of Belarus and the Russian Federation continue to perform tasks in the border areas with Ukraine.

At the same time, areas of the settlements of Sopich, Volkivka and Kondratyivka in Sumy region and Staritsa, Guriev Kozachok, Budarki, Vovchansk, Strelechtya, Ternova, Khatne and Topoli in Kharkiv region were subjected to mortar and artillery fire.

On the Kupyansk and Lymansk directions, the enemy shelled the areas of more than 15 settlements. Among them are Dvorichna, Kotlyarivka, Krokhmalne, Berestov and Vilshana in the Kharkiv region, as well as Novoselyvske, Stelmakhivka, Nevske, Kuzmyne and Chervonopivka in the Luhansk region.

Also, in the Bakhmut direction, the positions of Ukrainian troops in the areas of more than 20 settlements were shelled. In particular, these are Spirne, Chervona Gora, Klishcheivka, Ivano-Dariivka, Soledar, Bakhmut, Druzhba and Severny of the Donetsk region.

In the Avdiivsk direction, Georgiivka, Vesele, Avdiivka, Maryinka, Vodyane and Novomykhailivka of the Donetsk region came under the fire of the occupiers.

At the same time, Vugledar, Prechistivka and Mykilski Dachi were shelled in the Novopavlovsk direction.

In the Zaporozhye direction, the enemy inflicted fire damage in the areas of more than 20 settlements. Among them are Milove, Gulyaipole, Dorozhnyanka, Zaliznychne, Charivne, Mala Tokmachka, Stepove and Kachkarivka of the Zaporizhzhia region.

Also, in the Kherson direction, more than 15 settlements were shelled, in particular, Kherson and its suburbs.
