In some regions of Ukraine, a storm warning was announced for January 19. The Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center warns of strong gusts of wind and precipitation.
In particular, according to forecasters, there will be gusts of 15-20 m/s in the northeastern, most central and southern regions, and significant rain and sleet are expected in the Carpathian region.
As noted, due to bad weather, the first level of danger, yellow, has been announced.
Weather complications in Ukraine
As reported, today, January 18, a storm warning was announced throughout Ukraine due to strong wind and precipitation in Kapati.
Later, the rescuers warned about the deterioration of the weather in the Carpathians. In particular, a strong wind rose in the highlands, a blizzard began, and visibility dropped to 30 meters.
