The technical characteristics of all three devices of the upcoming flagship line of Samsung Galaxy S23 smartphones that have penetrated the Internet give a more or less complete picture of what to expect at the presentation on February 1.
WinFuture has published the full list of specifications for the Galaxy S23 and S23 Plus, confirming the information provided by the Twitter account @BillbilKun, who also has the official specifications of Samsung’s flagship Galaxy S23 Ultra.

Cameras
It is confirmed that the Galaxy S23 Ultra received a 200-megapixel sensor, as well as three additional rear cameras: a 12-megapixel ultra-wide, a 10-megapixel telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom, and another 10-megapixel.

The Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23 Plus will each have three cameras: a 50-megapixel main camera, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a single 10-megapixel telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom.
Displays
The Galaxy S23 Ultra is obviously the largest of the three phones with a 6.8-inch OLED display with a resolution of 1440p and a refresh rate of 120Hz. The Galaxy S23 and S23 Plus got 6.1 and 6.6-inch OLED displays, both with 1080p resolution and 120Hz refresh rate.
All three phones are likely to get a notch with a 12-megapixel selfie camera and an IP68 dust and water resistance rating.
Processor
All three phones appear to be powered by Qualcomm’s latest flagship processor, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. At least in the French and German markets where these specs come from.
Samsung will almost certainly use the same processor in the US based on previous models, but the manufacturer has previously used its own Exynos processors in some international markets.
Memory
Galaxy S23 Ultra will receive 8/12 GB of RAM, as well as 256 GB, 512 GB or 1 TB of built-in memory. The S23 and S23 Plus will only have 8GB of RAM and 128GB to 512GB of built-in storage.
Accumulators
The Galaxy S23 has a 3,900 mAh battery, the S23 Plus has a 4,700 mAh battery, and the Ultra has a 5,000 mAh battery. The Plus and Ultra will support fast charging up to 45W, compared to 25W on the base S23.
Coupled with leaked images of all three phones, we’ve got a pretty good idea of the important hardware details of Samsung’s Galaxy S23 lineup. But judging by past releases, it looks like a few more software surprises are in store on February 1st, when Samsung announces the phones and the new Galaxy Book.
