Dozens of enemy armored fighting vehicles and artillery systems have been turned into scrap metal.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine updated the data on the total combat losses of the Russian occupiers in the bloody war of aggression against our country.
Last day, another 600 occupiers were eliminated, and the total number of killed Russians who went against Ukraine with weapons reached 120,760.
In addition, Russia’s losses in the war against Ukraine include:
- tanks – 3145 (+5);
- armored fighting vehicles – 6268 (+12);
- artillery systems – 2144 (+9);
- RSZV – 445 (+2);
- Air defense – 220 (+0);
- aircraft – 287 (+0);
- helicopters – 277 (+0);
- UAV operational-tactical level -1892 (+1),
- cruise missiles – 749 (+0),
- ships and boats – 17 (+0);
- automotive equipment and tank trucks – 4932 (+14);
- special equipment – 193 (+0).
Russia’s losses in the war against Ukraine are key facts
In recent months, Ukrainian soldiers have been reporting the destruction of hundreds of Russian invaders every day. Record monthly enemy losses are predicted this month – more than 9,000 invaders were destroyed in the first half of January alone.
The US estimates the occupiers’ losses at “more than a hundred thousand personnel.” And the President’s Office estimated the irreversible losses of Russians (dead and wounded) at about 200,000.
Analysts of the Institute for the Study of War calculated that in less than a year of the war in Ukraine, Russia lost almost as many personnel as the United States lost in eight years in Vietnam.
