The Russian occupiers are making some attempts to improve their tactical position.

In the Zaporizhzhya region, the Russian invaders do not yet have sufficient forces and the ability to launch a full-scale offensive.

This was said by the head of the joint press center of the Defense Forces of the Tavrian Direction Yevhen Yerin on the air of the telethon. According to him, the situation remains stable, but difficult, because the enemy continues shelling civilian objects and critical infrastructure objects.

“As for the accumulation of forces (of the Russian occupiers – ), we can say that certain reinforcements are indeed being carried out in certain directions. Yes, in general, the enemy grouping in the Zaporozhye direction was quite strengthened compared to recent times. At the same time, to talk about the creation of a powerful group capable of a full-scale offensive is not possible,” Yerin said.

According to him, “currently, the enemy is making certain attempts in small groups to improve their tactical position.”

As Yerin noted, in some places the occupiers managed to advance, but all such attempts were stopped. “The enemy was forced to retreat… So far, the position of our troops has not changed,” he added.

He specified that the Russian occupiers do not yet have sufficient forces for a full-scale offensive, but most likely, the enemy will make attempts to advance in small groups in order to improve their tactical position in certain areas of the front.

“Also, this will create a certain tension in the Zaporizhzhia direction, which will make it impossible to transfer our troops to more threatening directions. We must also take this into account. But at the same time, rejecting the possibility of strengthening the enemy’s military group and carrying out more active actions – we do not rule it out. Therefore, we are preparing for any development of events, and are ready to retaliate against the enemy,” he said.

The war in Ukraine – the situation in Zaporozhye

As reported by , Russian occupiers in small groups of up to 10 people are storming Ukrainian positions in the Zaporozhye direction. In some areas, the enemy had certain partial successes, but in time all positions were restored, the enemy was pushed back to their former positions.

Meanwhile, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine trolled the Russians for information about the alleged “successes” of the Russian Federation in the Zaporozhye region, showing a video of destroyed Russian equipment. The General Staff noted that while Russian propagandists in their sick imagination are “capturing” populated areas of the Zaporizhia region, Ukrainian soldiers are calmly and confidently destroying enemy equipment and manpower and occupying enemy positions.
