The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, stated that personnel decisions will continue to be made in the state. He is convinced that society will support them.
In the evening address of January 24, 2023, the head of state noted that today the society saw the next personnel decisions that were adopted.
“I will emphasize this word – “next”. There will be corresponding steps in the future – each of them will be seen by the society and, I am sure, will support it,” he added.
According to the president, some internal problems that hinder the state are being taken away and will be taken away.
“It’s fair, it’s necessary for our defense, and it helps our rapprochement with European institutions,” Zelensky emphasized.
He announced that another decision of the National Security and Defense Council entered into force with his decree. At the same time, Zelenskyi added that the details will come later.
Personnel changes in Ukraine
On January 24, 2023, the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyi, dismissed five heads of regional state administrations. Among them are the heads of the Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhya, Sumy, Kherson and Kyiv OVVs.
At the same time, the ex-head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, Oleksiy Kuleba, was appointed deputy head of the President’s Office.
In addition, Vyacheslav Negoda, Deputy Minister of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine, wrote a resignation letter.
On January 23, the Cabinet of Ministers dismissed Vasyl Lozinsky from the post of Deputy Minister of Community Development, Territories and Infrastructure. Earlier, he was detained while receiving a bribe in the amount of $400,000.
