Avocado spread with cheese – recipe
To prepare this snack, you will need only three ingredients and five minutes of time.
Ingredients:
- avocado – 2 pcs.;
- goat cheese – 120 g;
- lemon juice – 1 tsp.
You can also add salt and pepper to taste.
Method of cooking
Wash the avocado, cut it in half, remove the pits and remove the skin. Cut the cheese into several pieces.
Put the avocado and cheese in a blender or food processor, sprinkle with lemon juice, add salt and pepper and beat until a creamy mass is obtained.
