The authors of the military action drama “Myrny-21” presented the official trailer of the film. As a reminder, this film is based on real events that happened at the very beginning of the Russian-Ukrainian war in 2014.
The basis of the film directed by Akhtem Seitablayev “Peaceful-21” is a real story of Luhansk border guards who gave battle to the occupiers, despite the superiority of the enemy in terms of strength and equipment. They entered history under the label “those who did not give up.” The name of the film was not chosen by chance, because Myrnyi-21 is the address of the quarter where the Luhansk border detachment was located.
The film “Myrny-21” depicts the events of June 2014 that took place in the border area of Luhansk region. Then the Russian special services and agents tried to persuade the fighters of the Luhansk border detachment to betray the Motherland. Thus, they tried to repeat the Crimean scenario and seize Ukrainian territories without a fight. Despite the lack of experience, at the decision of the current commander, the squad entered the battle. “Myrny-21” is the story of those who did not give up.
