The Ukrainian leader allegedly aims to discuss a peace plan and the creation of a special tribunal for Russian war criminals.

US President Joe Biden may meet with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyi in Poland. Currently, all parties are considering this format of negotiations.
As the Polish Dziennik Gazeta Prawna reports with reference to a diplomatic source in Kyiv, the Ukrainian side is already preparing a program for the intended negotiations.
According to the publication, Zelenskyi plans to present his 10-point peace plan to Biden, including the creation of a Special Tribunal to investigate war crimes committed by the Russian occupiers. In parallel, negotiations will be held on arms for Ukraine, in particular, the probable transfer of aircraft from Poland with the permission of the US.
So far, neither the American nor the Ukrainian side has officially confirmed these negotiations. However, the day before, the White House announced that Biden’s visit to Ukraine is not yet planned.
US support
Yesterday, the press secretary of the White House, Olivia Dalton, said that the United States will probably soon announce a new batch of aid to Ukraine. It is noted that it was possible to unblock the issue of the transfer of almost all types of weapons necessary in the war, except for fighter jets and long-range missiles.
Currently, the Ukrainian side is conducting negotiations on unblocking decisions on the provision of fighter jets and missiles that can hit targets at a distance of up to 300 kilometers.
At the same time, longer-range missiles may be included in the new package of military aid to Ukraine from the US for the first time. According to him, it is about the purchase of a small-diameter ground-based bomb (GLSDB), the range of which is 150 km.
