Zelenskyi also added that it is necessary to significantly increase global pressure on Russia every month.

Today, the Russian occupiers are in a specific stage, when Russia’s strategic defeat is already clear. However, tactically, they still have the resources to attempt offensive actions.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy emphasized in his evening video message that Ukraine should continue to work on strengthening stability and maintain unity in the pursuit of providing our defenders with the necessary weapons.
“The enemy is at a specific stage when Russia’s strategic defeat is already clear. But tactically, they still have the resources to attempt offensive actions. They are looking for options to try to change the course of the war and are trying to use the potential of all the territories they control so far at the service of aggression. We A must continue what we are doing: strengthen our stability, be absolutely united in our desire to provide our army and all defenders with the necessary weapons and equipment – we in Ukraine must speak with one voice to the world regarding defense supplies,” the head of state said.
Also, according to him, it is necessary to significantly increase global pressure on Russia every month. Zelensky emphasized that the enemy should emerge from this stage much weaker than they foresee for themselves in the worst case scenarios.
“This is a difficult task for us. But we have to fulfill it,” the president said.
What awaits the Russian Federation after losing the war
Viktor Yagun, reserve major general of the SBU, said that Russia is currently in a very difficult situation. He predicts that worse scenarios await the Russian Federation after the end of the war and not only because of the loss, but also because of short-sighted domestic politics.
At the same time, Oleksandr Motyl, professor of political science at Rutgers University in New York, believes that the world should prepare for the possible collapse of Russia, which neither the West nor Russian dictator Vladimir Putin will be able to influence. According to him, there are various scenarios of what could happen in Russia after its defeat in Ukraine becomes even more clear.
At the same time, a poll by The Atlantic Council shows that a significant part of leading foreign policy experts believe that Russia will become a failed state or disintegrate by 2033.
