The profile publication DOU.UA summarized the results of voting for the best employers of Ukraine in the IT sphere in 2022. About 20,000 specialists took part in the survey, who evaluated 842 companies where they work. Assessments were made according to five blocks of questions: compensation, working conditions, project, career and loyalty.
The first place in the “Over 1,500 employees” category was won by the Lviv service company Intellias. She was already the leader of this rating in 2021 and 2017. Sigma Software and Genesis follow with a minimal margin.
In the category “800-1500 specialists”, the service company ALLSTARSIT was the leader, followed by the leaders of 2021 – SQUAD and Plarium.
The first place in the “200-800 specialists” category belongs to the Zaporizhzhia outsourcing company Computools. It is followed by two product companies – TRIONIKA and Creatio (formerly known as Terrasoft). The latter took first place in its category in 2020 and 2021.
In the “81-200 specialists” category, the top three are as follows: Solidgate, Empat, Lionwood.software. In general, the entire first five have more than 99 points.
The offices of the rating winning companies are located in 16 cities of Ukraine.
