How the CRM rating in Ukraine changed in 2022
A year ago, the Ukrainian CRM market was dominated by Russian services – primarily Bitrix24, AmoCRM. The most popular Ukrainian CRM SalesDrive was 16 times inferior to the Russian leader Bitrix24.
The popularity of the systems is evaluated according to the number of brand requests from Ukraine to Google, the source is the Google Ads Keyword Planner.
Almost a year has passed since the start of the full-scale war with Russia, and Ukrainians are still using Russian CRMs. The market share of Ukrainian CRMs has increased by 2.5 times, but so far this is not enough to overtake Russian systems:

In December 2022, Bitrix24, Zoho, SalesDrive and others became the most popular CRMs in Ukraine. At the same time, Bitrix24 solutions began to be used on 56% less, but the number of those who choose SalesDrive has increased by 37%.

Winners and underdogs
According to Google Ads Keyword Planner, the CRM market in Ukraine has almost halved due to the war. While some companies lost 80% of their customers, others significantly increased their number of customers.
- Despite the war, Ukrainian CRMs increased the number of clients. Ukrainian CRM SalesDrive overtook Russian AmoCRM and took third place. KeepinCRM has more than doubled in size.
- Russian CRM lost more than 60% of customers in Ukraine. AmoCRM, retailCRM, Yclients – more than 75%
