Three more Ukrainians also entered the top 50. They all qualified for the pursuit race.
Ukrainian biathlete Dmytro Pidruchny took fifth place in the 10-kilometer sprint race at the Biathlon World Championships in Oberhof. He was 14 seconds short of a medal.
This stage could not take place today due to bad weather conditions: thick fog covered the track. Five minutes before the start of the race, after the shooting, the organizers decided to start the competition.
The handyman managed to close all the targets and become one of the six biathletes who received such a result today, on the third competitive day of the WC. It is interesting that, apart from the Ukrainian, only representatives of Norway finished among the top 6.
