The Russian invaders launched another massive missile attack on Ukraine. From 21:50 on February 9 to 12:00 on February 10, the enemy fired 71 cruise missiles (43 Kh-101/Kh-555 missiles and 28 Kalibr missiles) and up to 35 missiles of the S-300 anti-aircraft complex in several waves. In addition, the occupiers used 7 UAVs of the Shahed type.
Air and missile attacks were carried out using TU-95 strategic aircraft from the Caspian Sea and Volgodonsk, as well as cruise missile carriers in the Black Sea. S-300 missiles were struck from the regions of the Belgorod region of Russia and the temporarily occupied territory of the Zaporizhia region in the Tokmak region.
At the same time, two Russian Kalibr cruise missiles, launched from the waters of the Black Sea, flew over the territory of two other states. At 10:18 these rockets crossed the state border of Ukraine with the Republic of Moldova. They then crossed Romanian airspace at approximately 10:33 a.m. Even after that, the rockets again entered the airspace of Ukraine at the crossing point of the borders of the three states. We remind you that Romania is a member of NATO.
According to the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, 61 enemy cruise missiles and 5 drones were destroyed by the forces and means of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other components of the Defense Forces. Accordingly, the percentage of interception is 86% and 71%.
However, according to DPEK, as a result of the Russian attack, four thermal power plants of DPEK were damaged. According to preliminary information, two station employees were injured as a result of the attack.
