As reported in the Telegram channel of DTEK, at the same time, as a result of damage to the networks of “Ukrenergo” in some power nodes, stabilization shutdowns are possible according to the schedule.
In addition, due to network restrictions, there will be stabilizing power outages in Odesa tomorrow.
The situation with electricity in Ukraine
On February 14, Ukrenergo was informed that electricity consumption remains at the same level as the day before, and there is no shortage of generation. A power unit at one of the power plants was taken out for repair. This is compensated by the increased work of hydroelectric plants, which have enough resources due to the flood.
The mayor of Lviv, Andriy Sadovy, said that as a result of Russian attacks, almost all electrical substations in the Lviv region were destroyed. He added that there are many other types of destruction in Lviv. It is about objects of other critical infrastructure and not only.
The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, notes that it is necessary to realize that a decisive victory on the energy front has not yet come, because the Russian invaders may strike again.
