It seems that the case with the appearance of the official Ukrainian localization of the Hogwarts Legacy game has gradually moved from a standstill. At least this is hinted at by the appearance of the Ukrainian version of the game’s official website. Until recently, she was absent.

On the Hogwarts Legacy website, you can choose the Ukrainian version of displaying information. The corresponding page contains a description of the game in Ukrainian, has links to other pages (for example, a description of system requirements for PC or a description of exclusive rewards), which are also written in Ukrainian.

“Hogwarts Legacy is an immersive open-world role-playing game set in the magical world first introduced in the Harry Potter books. Hogwarts of the 1800s awaits you. Your character is an apprentice who holds the key to an ancient secret that could tear the wizarding world apart. Find allies, fight dark sorcerers and decide the share of the world of magic. You create your own legacy,” says the game’s website in Ukrainian.

However, it should be noted that the quality of the translation has some issues. Some words are translated incorrectly.

We will remind you that at the beginning of February there was information that WB Games will consider the possibility of adding Ukrainian subtitles to Hogwarts Legacy. The wishes of the players from Ukraine have been conveyed to the team. The other day it became known that a group of enthusiasts, without waiting for the appearance of the official localization, started work on their own fan translation of the game.

Let’s hope that the appearance of the Ukrainian version of the site is the first step towards the release of the official Ukrainian localization of Hogwarts Legacy.
