A 60, 90 or 150W charger for a regular phone seemed like a fantasy not long ago. But nowadays, in 2023, there are many models on the market with such powerful power supplies. The ITC editors have compiled a rating of the most interesting smartphones with fast charging technology that can be officially bought in Ukraine.

Is it safe to use fast chargers?

Of course, such a powerful PSU will affect the life of the battery to a greater or lesser extent. Skeptics claim that such powerful smartphone power supplies cannot be used. Others believe the opposite, saying that they are completely safe and will not affect the rate of wear of li-ion cells.

In any case, fast charging is gaining popularity at an unprecedented rate. User reviews are mostly positive, which makes you think about such a purchase.

But why such power? Consider a potential scenario for the use of fast chargers: the house has been without electricity for a long time, and the battery charge is almost at zero. You can go to the post office, a cafe or an unbreakable point and charge your smartphone in 5, 10 or 15 minutes. And in general, it is convenient when the device charges in a matter of minutes.

Note that almost all representatives of this rating are purely Chinese manufacturers. To buy them or not, based on political beliefs (they work and thrive in the Russian market) is up to everyone, but they deservedly form today’s rating, leaving no chance for AAA brands such as Samsung, Motorola, Apple, Sony, Google, Asus.

The budget ZTE Blade V40 Pro smartphone is equipped with a 5100 mAh battery that can be charged up to 50% in 15 minutes. Other features are also good. The 65 W charger looks quite reliable in relation to the top representatives of today’s rating.

The Doogee V11 smartphone has a top level of IP69 protection and is designed for those working at service stations, sawmills or metallurgical plants. Seriously, this is a good device, but definitely not for everyone. The phone charges up to 45% in 30 minutes using the included 65W PSU.

Huawei Nova 8i is equipped with a 66 W power supply unit. The smartphone will charge up to 60% in 17 minutes, and it will take 38 minutes to reach 100%. Other parameters are far from top, there are many more powerful models for Nova 8i.

The Blackview BV9200 model supports 30W wireless charging. The original 66 W power supply will charge the smartphone to 100% in 80 minutes. Blackview BV9200 does not have very cool characteristics, but it is made in a well-protected case.

For lovers of advertising and software bloatware, Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro CN will be an ideal companion in life. The model belongs to the “top for the money” category, because it offers very good characteristics for this price. The smartphone will charge up to 100% in 40 minutes using the original 67 W PSU.

The interesting-looking Huawei Nova 10 Pro smartphone hides good characteristics and a 4500 mAh battery. The battery is charged in 20 minutes to 100% using the original 100 W power supply unit. The only problem may be Google services (or rather their absence) in Ukraine.

A good middle peasant is not worth all the money in the world. Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro Plus has a decent filling, AMOLED screen and 120 W charging. The small 4500 mAh battery charges in 15-16 minutes.

It is difficult to say the real resource of the battery under such conditions, but with careful use it should theoretically work for several years. Note 11 Pro characteristics have a reserve for 5-6 years of use without complaints about speed.

A flagship smartphone with a great price tag – ZTE Nubia Red Magic 7S Pro belongs to the category of “complete minced meat”. The manufacturer put everything in there that was possible. In theory, it looks very cool.

The 135 W power supply unit is not the maximum that can be found on the market, but it is still a lot, the smartphone has active cooling, so such a power supply unit should not scare buyers.

Not every gaming laptop has a 150W charger. OnePlus Ace is able to charge 50% of the battery (which has 4500 mAh) in 5 minutes. The proprietary OnePlus Dash Charge technology promises a minimal impact on the health of the battery, although this can only be verified by experience. Inside is a Dimensity 8100-Max chip, 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage. A strong filling for its price.

An incredible 180W is more than most laptops. Infinix Zero Ultra charges faster than any other smartphone you can buy in Ukraine.

The manufacturer promises 100% in 12 minutes. Other characteristics are also good: AMOLED screen 120 Hz, small frames, good processor. The 200 MP camera stands out. The phone runs on Android 12 OS.
