The members of the group, positioning themselves as the “market administration”, controlled the processes, determined and gave individuals permission to trade in the market. , and were also forced to register with the so-called “tax service” and make calculations in rubles. The administration reported to the “tax authorities” of the occupation authorities, and financial calculations were made through the banks of the Russian Federation,” the report says.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs informed that with the beginning of the de-occupation, the director of the market and two of his assistants disappeared into the uncontrolled territory, the other two traitors remained in the city and were hiding, but they were detained.
