The occupying forces had problems with the maintenance of the S-300 anti-aircraft missile system systems. As stated in the summary of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, it is about the modernized S-300 systems.

“The enemy has problems with the logistical support of its units. For example, due to the premature failure of the modernized S-300 anti-aircraft missile systems and the inability to promptly deliver combat components and carry out routine maintenance of the equipment in combat conditions, the air defense system has to be sent to the manufacturing plants to of Russia,” the report says.

S-300 in the war against Ukraine

Over the past few weeks, the Russian occupiers have begun to actively use S-300 missiles in the frontline regions due to their large number and shortage of high-precision long-range weapons.

The insidiousness of such missiles lies in the fact that the distance to the targets is small, they fly quite quickly along a ballistic trajectory, so it is quite difficult to notify about their use – for this you need to know for sure that the enemy intends to carry out such a missile attack.
