On the night of February 24, the Academy of Interactive Arts and Sciences (AIAS) announced the winners of the 26th annual DICE Awards, the so-called “gaming Oscars”.

This year, 23 nominations were presented at the award. The sequel to the 2018 hit about the adventures of Spartan warrior demigod Kratos and his son Atreus, God of War Ragnarök won in seven categories, including best animation, art design, character, music, sound and story, as well as adventure game year

The action/RPG game Elden Ring was awarded for the best technical performance, game design, direction and as the best role-playing game. Also, the FromSoftware and Bandai Namco project was recognized as the best game of 2022 – Elden Ring received similar awards at The Game Awards 2022 and The Steam Awards 2022.
