Tsybulnyki is a traditional Ukrainian dish similar to onion fritters.
Blush onions are one of the tastiest dishes of Ukrainian cuisine. They are prepared all over Ukraine, but in Lviv they have become the gastronomic highlight of the city. The onion in the bulbs becomes soft and not bitter at all. After tasting a dish, many people will not even understand what it is made of. Onions are usually served with borscht instead of bread, or simply eaten with sour cream.
Previously, we told how to prepare a Ukrainian dessert – shuliky with honey.
