“Over the past day, our defenders repelled 71 enemy attacks in the indicated directions. The enemy is constantly conducting aerial reconnaissance to adjust fire. It launched 14 missile and 19 air strikes. It launched 57 attacks from rocket salvo systems. Civilians were injured,” the message says.
The General Staff also notes that the threat of further missile strikes is significant throughout the territory of Ukraine.
Meanwhile, no signs of the formation of offensive groups of the occupiers were detected in the Volyn, Poliske, Siversk and Slobozhansk directions. The enemy shelled the areas of 11 settlements in the Chernihiv, Sumy, and Kharkiv regions.
In the Kupyansk and Lymansk directions, the enemy conducted unsuccessful offensive actions near 9 settlements, as well as in the Serebryansk forestry area. Conducted artillery shelling near 11 settlements in Kharkiv region and Luhansk region.
In the direction of Bakhmut, the enemy continues to attack the positions of our troops. Conducted unsuccessful offensive operations near the settlements of Orikhovo-Vasylivka, Berkhivka, Yagidne, Bakhmut, Ivanivske, and Severny Donetsk region. Areas of 22 settlements in the Donetsk region were shelled. The enemy launched a rocket attack on the civilian infrastructure of the city of Kostyantynivka.
On the Avdiivsk and Shakhtarsk directions, the enemy launched an offensive in the areas of the settlements of Nevelske, Krasnohorivka, Avdiivka, Severnoy, Vodyan, Marinka, Novomykhailivka, and Vugledar – without success. 10 settlements of the Donetsk region were affected by the fire.
The enemy is defending in the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson directions. Continues artillery shelling of areas of settlements bordering the contact line. In particular, Vremevka and Novopil of the Donetsk region were affected by the fire; Olhivske, Malynivka, Gulyaipole, Orihiv and Biloghirya in Zaporizhzhia; Marganets and Nikopol of Dnipropetrovsk region; Zmiivka, Kherson, Novoberislav, Berislav, Antonivka and Kizomis in the Kherson region, as well as Matrosivka in the Mykolaiv region.
