As part of the inspection of the armed forces of Belarus in the Kobrin district of the Brest region and the Lida district of the Grodno region, a gathering with conscripts continues.
Regarding the situation in the Volyn and Polesye directions, the enemy did not take active actions. The main efforts were focused on covering the state border in the Brest and Gomel regions.
This is stated in the evening summary of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for May 13.
The General Staff emphasizes that the threat of missile and bomb attacks from the territory of the Republic of Belarus against infrastructure facilities on the territory of Ukraine remains.
As previously reported, Belarus stated that the creation of a 20,000-strong group of Ukrainian troops requires a reaction, therefore, as part of the check, Lukashenka is deploying special operations forces (SOF) units in the south.
