Since the beginning of the war, 47 enterprises have moved to the Ivano-Frankivsk region from “hot spots”.
Enterprises took advantage of business relocation programs. In the Carpathian region, 25 enterprises have already begun their work and production.
This was announced by the head of the regional military administration Svetlana Onischu.
According to her, most of the relocated enterprises specialize in tailoring, food production, mechanical engineering and metalworking.
In addition, nine enterprises are waiting for state support in the transportation of machinery and equipment.
“It is important for us that enterprises work, new jobs are created, including for internally displaced persons. The Ministry of Economy of Ukraine sent us more than half a thousand applications for development,” said Svetlana Onischuk.
As reported, Ivano-Frankivsk decided not to ban street trading. The mayor’s office made such a decision that in the conditions of war the economy worked, and people could earn.
