Russian criminals were notified in absentia of suspicion under Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – violation of the laws and customs of war.
The Security Service of Ukraine identified and published photos of eight more Russian invaders who committed atrocities against the civilian population in the Kiev region.
In particular, it was they who killed the headman of the village of Motyzhin Olga Sukhenko, her husband and son.

Among the persons – 5 servicemen of the Russian Armed Forces and three “Wagner”.

These suspects are charged with a total of 14 episodes: murder of civilians, shelling and burning of residential buildings, captivity, torture and keeping people in basements without food and water, and theft of property.
So, the SBU reported the details of the massacre of the Russian invaders with the family of the headman.
During the temporary occupation of the Kiev region, the invaders broke into the house of the headman of the village of Motyzhin. The woman and her relatives were taken to a temporary base. The family was tortured, trying to get information about the whereabouts of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and Teroborona fighters.
“Kats cruelly mocked their son in front of his mother, shot him in the leg. But without receiving information, they killed him with a shot in the head. They also tortured the headman’s man. The whole family died from multiple gunshot wounds,” the report says.
Recall, the Ukrainian politician and ex-Ambassador of Ukraine to Belarus Roman Bessmertny talked with the Sukhenko family, which the invaders shot in Motyzhin, Kiev region.
