Publisher Atlus and developer Vanillaware have announced plans to release a content update for the PS4 version of the sci-fi strategy adventure 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim.

As it became known, the patch will bring with it content that, until recently, was only available in the 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim edition on the Nintendo Switch. We are talking about two new weapons for each hero and English dubbing.
The release of the update is scheduled for August 4 this year. At the moment, the patch is confirmed only for Japan, but the Western edition will probably not remain without it either (although the English dubbing is already there).
On the same day as the patch, the Japanese version of 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim for PS4 will be re-released digitally and retail. The edition will include the Digital Secret File add-on and a set consisting of a theme and a set of avatar.
13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim was released on PS4 in September 2020 (Western release), and reached Nintendo Switch on April 12, 2022. The game tells about thirteen different, but interconnected characters in several time periods.
